We endeavour to keep all Personal Information up-to-date. However, we rely on you to assist with keeping your Personal Information up-to-date by letting us know of any changes as soon as possible. You may access the Personal Information we hold about you and to update and/or collect it by contacting us in writing. Where we hold Personal Information that you are entitled to access, we will endeavour to provide a suitable range of choices as to how access may be given. If you believe that Personal Information held by us is incomplete and/or inaccurate you may request an amendment of that Personal Information. We will consider if the Personal Information requires amendment. We will not charge any fee for your access request but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.

In order to endeavour to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested Personal Information.
