The Tilite ZR’s minimalist mono-tube frame provides a sleek look and keeps frame weight down of this manual rigid wheelchair. The titanium frame makes sure you have the strength and vibration-dampening ride to go with your chair’s style. Often considered alongside the TiLite ZRA, it offers much less adjustability than the ZRA but fewer moving parts result in a lighter frame.

Rigid frame
Rigid frame chairs are the lightest and highest performing chairs because they are constructed from the fewest possible components and have the fewest moving parts.
Titanium
Titanium provides a smoother ride, won’t break, and has the highest strength-to-weight ration of any metal on earth. If you want strength, durability and a smooth roll, you want a titanium ride.
Mono-tube frame
Distinguished by a clean, modern look, the mono-tube frame’s 1.25″ tubing gives the ZR strength and durability. The frame shape affords excellent transportability and easy placement on a car seat. Round off the ZR’s frame with curved, ovalised caster arms.
The Ergonomic Advantage
The ZR is available with an Ergonomic Seat. Ergonomic seating is used every day, and can be seen in your car, your home furniture, and even your dentist’s office. The Ergonimic seat is an additional unique bend in the frame creating an ergonomic seat slope, sitting you lower in the chair providing greater pelvic stability and improved posture through optimal contouring.

The swept castor arm with bullet caster housing reduces weight and adds yet more style.
Zero Play Camber Plugs
Zero Play Camber Plugs give a much tighter feel to the chair like sport suspension in a car. CNC machined from billet aluminium to the highest tolerances, they remove any side to side movement from the rear wheels.
