MAT Evaluation 101 and Jay Seating Solutions (Newcastle)

Join the Sunrise Medical and GTK Teams for either a half day or a full day workshop. In the morning, we’ll be learning about the seating and wheelchair assessment, and in the afternoon we’ll review the Jay Seating portfolio and how Jay products can help you meet your client’s seating goals. You can choose to attend the morning session, afternoon session or both depending on your learning goals.

9am – 12.30pm – MAT Evaluation 101

This workshop is designed to provide applicable concepts to therapists involved in seating and wheelchair assessment. Special emphasis will be placed on the value of the “hands on” seating assessment – both supine and sitting. We’ll provide skills training and the practical tips and tricks to make you much more comfortable doing a MAT assessment.

This course will facilitate:

• Hands on skills training for MAT assessment
• Translation of the assessment findings into practical trial equipment selection
• Achieve positive clinical objective outcomes
