Quantum Rehab + GTK: Exploring Power Mobility (Sydney)

Quantum Rehab + GTK: Exploring Power Mobility
Choosing the right power chair can feel overwhelming. With so many power bases, drive options and access methods available, many clinicians feel apprehensive when it comes to selecting and justifying the most appropriate solution for their client.

Delivered collaboratively by Quantum Rehab and GTK, this immersive clinical education session is focused on empowering clinicians at all experience levels to confidently dissect power chairs, understand how and why they work, and apply that knowledge to real world prescription and funding justification.

We believe that to truly understand a product and put theory into practice, clinicians need time to trial, explore and experience it. This philosophy underpins this workshop. Led by a team of passionate Clinical Educators, the workshop is vibrant, practical, and built around learning by doing.

We’ll take a close look at the Quantum Rehab power bases, including a dedicated look at the new Edge 4. We will break down the key differences between major bases, explore their functional and clinical benefits, and discuss how to match these features to individual client needs.

Participants will have the opportunity to trial each base and drive them through practical scenarios, supporting clearer clinical reasoning and stronger justification when selecting a power chair.
