The Dreamline S3 Backrest is a thick comfortable option due to its “cube cut” soft foam that gently moulds to the end user. The Dreamline S3 backrest is designed for individuals with minimal positioning needs. The addition of the BAC System allows the Dreamline S3 to address postural asymmetries while still providing the highest level of comfort.
