Raz AT600 Attendant Tilt Shower Commode Chair
The Raz AT 600 Heavy Duty Mobile Shower Commode Chair is a fantastic option for users who require a strong and robust mobile shower commode with its 270kg weight capacity. The Raz AT-600 is constructed with a stainless steel frame and components, and offers a 25o tilt range, four locking 6” (150mm) casters and commode pan.
The specially engineered, Weight Assist Spring System (WASS) on the Raz AT-600 is available in two weight ranges and is adjustable to accommodate the user’s weight and Centre of Mass (CoM) for tilt operation to ensure minimal effort is needed by the attendant to use the tilt function.

Standard Features
Tilt function
The seat frame on the Raz AT-600 tilts for extra pressure reduction and comfort. The locking pneumatic springs provide infinite adjustment up to 40°, and pressurised springs also help lift seat frame to an upright position. The tilt trigger is conveniently located to provide smooth tilt control.
Moulded seat
The moulded seat is contoured for pressure reduction and pelvic stability. The soft integral-skin foam offers comfort and durability, and the seat is available with open or bridged front.
Adjustable footplates
The footrests are removable for transfers and cleaning. The footrests swing in and out easily and the flip-up footplate moves easily out of the way when needed. You can adjust for leg length without tools, with the footrest available in regular length of 16″ to 20½” (40cm to 52cm) and extended length 18″ to 22½” (46cm to 57cm).
Ischial Pelvic Alignment System (IPAS)
The Ischial Pelvic Alignment System (see video below) provides 2” (5cm) of fore/aft adjustment so the seat can be aligned with the pelvis. The IPAS allows centering of the aperture (opening) around the user’s ischial tuber-sixties. The seat locks in place for transfers and removes easily for cleaning. Optional spacers are available for anterior or posterior seat angle adjustment.
Tension-Adjustable Back
The Tension-Adjustable Back is constructed with vinyl coated fabric for durability, comfort and improved infection control. Adjusting the tension to suit the individual user provides individualised trunk support for optimal positioning and comfort. The back is removable for machine washing and is available in 20″ back height.
Adjustable pivot posts
The adjustable pivot posts provides 4” (10cm) of seat height adjustment without frame / toilet bowl interference
Headrest (small)
The headrest size is approximately 10” (25cm) wide x W x 4” (10cm) height. The integral skin foam headrest is easy to clean, and the headrest is shaped to cradle the head and can be adjusted to fit looser or tighter. Headrest support can be adjusted infinitely forward and backwards within a 5½” (14cm) range, and vertically within a 11½” (29cm) range. The headrest angle can be adjusted for comfort.
Commode pan
The injection-moulded pan is designed for function and includes a lid for splash and odour control. The wide handle angled at 45 degrees provides better ergonomics, while the sloped front of pan moves contents toward the handle to reduce offset load, thereby making it easier to carry. Receiver brackets under the seat are visible from the rear of the chair, making it easier to slide the pan into place. The pan fits in a standard autoclave for sterilisation.
Tilt assist pedal
The tilt assist pedal helps an attendant initiate tilt for heavier users or users with a forward weight distribution. It enables the attendant to use additional strength from legs to tilt larger/heavier users. The tilt assist pedal is constructed from solid stainless steel and fits directly into chair frame, and includes an anti-slip tread on pedal.Available options and accessories

A two-year limited warranty covers the frame against manufacturing defects. A one-year limited warranty covers all other components, subject to normal wear and tear exclusions.
