Kevin Cosier

Kevin joins GTK with over six years’ experience in scripting AT solutions. He began his working career as a forklift mechanic and spare part sales. His mechanical knowledge led him into mobility scooter sales and repairs, where his interest in powered mobility was piqued and he began learning about and scripting power wheelchair solutions.

Kevin enjoys working alongside the user and their therapy team to supply the most suitable equipment to meet their goals. He’s excited by how much choice and development is occurring in the AT space so that people’s individual goals can be achieved, no matter what they may be.

One of his favourite parts of his role is being able to help people enjoy the great outdoors in the equipment that is custom made just for them. Whether it be fishing, photography or just getting on the footy field to watch their kids play, he enjoys being able to play a small role in helping people live their most active life. He knew he’d found the right career when after delivering and setting up a wheelchair, the user told him that it was the first time in over 20 years they’d been able to get to the water’s edge and put their feet in the ocean.

When not helping users find their ‘ultimate activewear’, Kevin enjoys exploring new places with his wife. They enjoy just jumping in the car with no plans apart from driving and to see what they discover on the way.
