Geo-Matrix Gold cushion
The Geo-Matrix™ Gold cushion is a three layer all gel cushion. It is commonly used with power or tilt chairs; often used in long-term care where frequent cleaning is required as the gel layers can all be machine laundered and / or disinfected easily.
The Gold cushion provides maximum pressure redistribution for people with high risk of skin breakdown and/or existing wounds, limited mobility and/or postural control. This cushion is indicated for prevention & treatment of stage 1-4 pressure injuries.
The Geo-Matrix™ Gold is ideal for users whom require vibration dampening along with extreme skin protection.
The Geo-Matrix Gold is extremely low maintenance, as it requires no daily calibration and has zero risk of deflation or leaks.

Easy to disinfect and wash
Geo-Matrix™ gel is non porous, so it will not absorb liquids. Feel free to use any (non-bleach) disinfectant on all gel components to eliminate all germs and bacteria!
Geo-Matrix™ gel can also be machine washed! The gel can also be submerged, scrubbed, and sprayed.
Vibration dampening
Many wheelchair users are exposed to Whole Body Vibration (WBV) every single day. WBV can pose serious health risks after prolonged exposure, including; fatigue, stomach problems, headaches, loss of balance and more. Geo-Matrix™ gel absorbs vibration and ultimately lessens the effects of WBV to the user.
Friction and shear reducing
