Centrepoint Shoulder Harness
The shape of the support pad of the Spex Centrepoint Harness ensures that it has clearance for stomach feeding tubes and other supports.It’s unique sternal section design ensures that when the harness is tightened, the straps stay pressed together around the user’s sternum to maintain optimum anterior support.
The Centrepoint features a centre swivel buckle that is positioned low on the user’s trunk for increased safety. It is also a suitable option for user’s with limited hand function, as it can be independently operated by the user in a simple press and release action. As well as the easy-release mechanism that allows for easy transfers in and out of the wheelchair, these high-grade buckles maintain superior support around the user.

H-Harness
The Spex H-Harness is a minimalist anterior harness option. The H-Harness’s soft padded neoprene support surface, provides superior comfort for the user. The high-quality neoprene material offers the perfect amount of stretch to allow the user to move within the support and remain functional.
The H-Harness features a cross strap that is positioned low on the user’s trunk for increased safety.

Retractor harness
The Spex Retractor Harness is a anterior harness option featuring excellent adjustment, superior support, and a comfortable pad design. Comprising of two individual “straps” this harness system is used to encourage good retraction of the user’s shoulders.
With a curved pad construction and unique shape, it is designed to follow natural contours of the body making this a very comfortable option and provides superior support for most wheelchair users. It’s support pad shape also means that it has clearance for stomach feeding tubes and other supports.

Vest harness
The Spex Vest Harness is an anterior harness option featuring superior support and coverage across the chest, excellent adjustment, and a comfortable pad design.
With it’s pad construction and unique vest shape, it is designed to follow natural contours of the body making this a very comfortable option and provides superior support for most wheelchair users. It’s support pad shape has a low neck design for increased safety, and sufficient lower cut-out for optimum stomach clearance and superior comfort. This also means that it is a suitable option for clients with stomach feeding tubes or other supports.
Featuring release buckles in all four corners, ensures that the Vest Harness is easy to fit and remove from the user, whilst maintaining optimum anterior support.

Chest Strap
The Spex Chest Strap is the perfect solution for users who need firm support around their chest, whilst still providing a high level of comfort. With it’s soft padded neoprene support surface, it offers the perfect amount of stretch to allow the user to move within the support and remain functional.Functional benefits of Spex hip belts:

Comfortable cushioned pads
The Spex harness range features soft, comfortable pads that offer excellent resilience, water resistance, and conform to the shape of the user’s body without creasing.

Soft binding
Smooth, soft binding around the edge of the pads is comfortable against sensitive skin and ensures the hip belt doesn’t irritate the user.
Durable webbing
Durable webbing is ‘ridge’ woven for maximum grip once adjusted so that it doesn’t loosen or give way over time. This makes it a great option for high-tone users.
Wickable fabric
Wickable fabric that transports moisture away from the skin, coupled with a sleek pad design that reduces coverage, minimises sweating and moisture build-up.Warranty Information
All Spex Accessories are guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, provided normal use. Should a defect in materials or workmanship occur within 12 months of the original date of purchase, Medifab Limited will, at its option, repair or replace it without charge. This warranty does not apply to punctures, tears or burns to the material or outer cover where applicable.
