Spex Medial Thigh/Knee Supports
The Spex Medial Thigh support range consist of a wedge shape block that can be attached to the front of the wheelchair seat. It should be used to keep the user’s legs in the correct position to maintain a neutral pelvis. It doesn’t just swing-down, it can then pull off the mount to allow an unobstructed transfer. The Medial Thigh Support provides a comfortable yet firm knee and medial thigh support through a soft padding and removable washable cover.
The Spex Medial Thigh Support is available as a standard medial thigh support and Axial version (where a unique adjustment system ensures complex postural needs are met).

Functional benefits:
Unimpeded frontal transfers
Both the Standard and Axial Medial Thigh Support can be pulled off to ensure clear access. The pull-off feature can be locked with a bolt if not required.
Unimpeded lateral transfers
Both the Standard and Axial Medial Thigh Support can be flipped down to allow for easy transfers.
Range of depth adjustment
The Standard Medial Thigh Support has depth adjustment built in, with the size one having 26mm of depth adjustment available, the size two having 62mm, and the size three having 86mm.
Range of height adjustment
The Standard Medial Thigh Support has 65mm of height adjustment available on all sizes.
Offset and swivel
The Axial Medial Thigh Support can be offset and swivelled to accommodate asymmetrical positions. The unique expansion fabric cover alls for multiple adjustments.
Huge adjustment range
The Axial Medial Thigh Support can create a wide range of shapes and sizes with its unique hardware design.

All Spex Accessories are guaranteed to be free from defects for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, provided normal use. Should a defect in materials or workmanship occur within 12 months of the original date of purchase, Medifab Limited will, at its option, repair or replace it without charge. This warranty does not apply to punctures, tears or burns to the material or outer cover where applicable.
