Warranty Information
Quantum power wheelchairs have a limited lifetime warranty on the structural frame components, including the main frame and fixed position seat post.
A one year limited warranty is provided on electronic components, (including the charger assembly, controller and joystick), main frame assemblies (including the metal seat framing) and electrical harnesses.
An one year limited warranty is provided on the motor/gearbox assembly and power seat actuator.
A one year limited warranty is provided on accessories, anti-tip forks, front riggings, castor forks, brakes (electronic function only), front rigging mounting brackets and castor beam.
A six month limited warranty is provided on bearings and bushings.
The batteries are covered by a 12 month warranty from the original manufacturer.
