The Lenzing FR cover features a waterproof yet breathable polyurethane film over viscose fabric. This innovative cover prevents moisture build-up, crucial for preventing skin maceration, and boasts hygroscopic properties to absorb excess moisture, ideal for those with thermoregulation concerns.

For added versatility, Lenzing spare covers are available to cover Pharmatex pillows, providing enhanced absorbency when needed.

Poz’in’Form Delta

Delta cushions can be used to create lateral stability, either alone, with one on each side, or an extra pillow to create a neutral position in the knee and hip joints. The triangle cushions can provide good dynamics in positioning work for a multitude of corrected positions. It supports and prevents the patient from falling forward from a decubitus position. It can also be used in a semi fowler position, by placing under the legs.

Poz’in’Form Universal

Due to the three available sizes, the universal cushion can be used in many different ways. In lying down the 55 x 40 cm size can be used for the knee flexion and a moderate hip abduction.

The smaller cushions help to hold the person in the optimal position, thus reducing the risk of pressure injury, abnormal postures and increase comfort.

Poz’In’Form Cylindrical

A roll shape, multi-purpose cushion, that can reduce friction and shearing effects on thighs and knees’ area when placed between the legs. It can also be used under ankles to relieve pressure.

In supine or semi-fowler position the Half-Moon Cushion supports and holds the back in a correct position. It can also be used in wheelchairs and lounge chairs for a comfortable and upright sitting position.

A multi-purpose cushion, the Decubitus comfortably supports shoulders, back, hips and knees when the patient is in side or semi-side lying position. It also reduces friction and shearing effects.

Poz’in’Form Half Ring

Support the arm or use for abduction. In combination with either the Cylindrical or Delta cushion, the Half Ring cushion can be used to reduce friction and shearing effects between legs, on the inner sides of knees and thighs and to hold the hips abducted. It can also be used under the neck or to support the arm.

Comfortable support for the neck. The Ring Cushion can be used in combination with the Universal, Delta or Cylindrical cushions to support posture correction. Put around the neck, this cushion comfortably supports the person’s head.

Pressure relief for the occipital area. The hollow in the Occiput Cushion ensures optimal positioning and pressure relief on the occipital area. The combination of memory foam and microfibre allows a regular relief on these contact zones.

The Heel Cushion is placed at the bottom of the bed and fixed with an adjustable strap. The pressure on the heels is completely relieved. The heel cushion also holds the ankles in proper position.

Poz’in’Form Heel Wedge

The Heel Wedge assists with shifting the pressure points from the high-risk heel area to low-risk zones (calves and knees). The heel is completely elevated off the mattress and the weight of the lower leg is distributed evenly across the cushion. It holds the ankles in proper position and leads to improved blood circulation. The cushion’s size also allows pressure relief on the Achilles’ heel.

Poz’in’Form Hand cushion

This positioning cushion for the hand reduces the pressure on the skin on the zones with risk of developing pressure sores. It is a recommended option for after surgical operations. The Hand Cushion reduces the number of pressure sensitive bearing points and allows pressure relief on the elbow area. Its size also allows pressure relief on the wrist.
