The Jay Union is a versatile, comfortable, skin protection and positioning cushion composed of a dynamic fluid and foam layering system, moisture resistant inner cover, and an anti-microbial outer cover. The Union is a good cushion for people who require some pressure relief but still want a comfortable supportive cushion. It has a fluid pad underneath a layer of memory foam, contouring to the user’s pelvis and optimising pressure distribution. It’s a low maintenance cushion and has mild thigh contouring to help guide the thighs in place.

Visco™ memory foam top layers
The Jay Fusion features a contoured foam based constructed from closed cell foam. Additional positioning is provided by the soft, contoured top layer creating a truely adjustable cushion. Its femoral transition and rear wall help prevent fluid migration while gently supporting the trochanters and posterior pelvis.
Jay Flow™ Fluid Insert
The Jay Flow fluid insert that lies beneath the Visco™ foam conforms to each individual’s unique contours for even pressure distribution beneath the pelvis and a reduced risk of skin breakdown. This cushion offers great pressure relief with no maintenance.
Innovative, Dual-Cover System
For convenience and protection, the Union features a dual-cover system. The inner cover is water-resistant and easy to wipe off and clean, while its Aqua-guard zipper and anti-wicking thread protect the foam base from fluids. The machine-washable, stretch outer cover reduces surface tension and utilises naturally anti-microbial, silver-impregnated Ionic+™ fiber. A layer of 3DX spacer fabric promotes airflow and dissipates heat and moisture for additional skin protection.Technical specifications

Warranty Information
Jay cushions come with a two year base warranty and six month warranty on the cover and fabric components. A three month warranty is provided on any fluid pads.
